Job Description: High energy, very successful Outdoor Lighting Company is seeking a Low Voltage Lighting Technician

Job Duties:

  • Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations
  • Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
  • Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs
  • Clean up of all areas affected by installation
  • Proper care and operation of company vehicles
  • Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable
  • Speaking with Clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available
  • Managing inventories and supplies as needed
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed


  • 1-3 years of experience in the same or similar industry with electrical installation
  • Basic understanding of Outdoor Lighting & Lighting Controls, and related systems
  • Able to read and understand blueprints/drawings
  • English verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Customer service/relationship skills
  • Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays if needed
  • Ability to work independently, sound judgement, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • High School GED required, professional certifications and/or college diploma in related field a plus.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons i.e., Christmas Holiday

$12.00 – $17.00 per hour depending on experience and licenses held

Acceptance Requirements:

Position: Outdoor Seasonal Help Needed $11.00 – $15.00 per hour based on experience (San Antonio, Texas)

We are looking to hire 15 Seasonal Helpers to join our fantastic Company that can start work immediately

You must be able to work any day of the week starting at 7am, usual week is Monday thru Friday, but due to volume we need weekend help too

You must be able to work Outdoors, climbing, using ladders, some installs on roofs and trees

You must be reliable, respectful, on time and able to fulfill the job demands

If you cannot handle weather elements, this will not be a job for you

No experience needed but any lighting or electrical knowledge is a huge plus

Starting pay: $11.00 to $15.00 per hour based on experience

Description: Outdoor Lighting Business Development

Market/Territory: San Antonio, Texas, and surrounding areas

Job Purpose: Serve customers by selling products and services; meeting customer needs.

Representative Job Duties:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential new sales leads as well as various referral sources.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales situation.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customer market opportunities.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons i.e. Christmas Holiday
  • Willingness to be held accountable to sales plans, quotas, and budgets.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with proven track record in professional commissioned sales that includes servicing inside and outside accounts consisting of both business to business as well as business to consumer sales.

Skills/Qualifications: Contagious positive attitude, drive, and enthusiasm! Artistic flair for design, ability to work remotely by being self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented, customer service oriented, meeting sales goals, closing skills, territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, self-confidence, construction industry as well as lighting product knowledge recommend, presentation skills, client relationships, motivation for sales, proficient in CRM programs, MS Office products and QuickBooks.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Fuel and business expense reimbursement.
