Keep your LED lighting maintained and be assured that you are getting the best illumination possible. We’ll send out our service team to do full outdoor lighting maintenance on all of your fixtures, wiring, transformers, and equipment in San Antonio. We check all the bulbs and replace them as needed. We clean all fixtures and adjust and reset if necessary. Storms can wash away dirt so unsightly wires may be exposed. We’ll rebury those and trim plants around the fixtures with your permission if they are impeding the lighting.

Maintenance Program Plans

1 to 15 fixture lighting system – $489.50 annually
16 to 30 fixture lighting system – $599.50 annually
31 to 50 fixture lighting system – $819.50 annually
50 + fixture lighting systems – maintenance program will be created for that specific system

Outdoor Lighting Maintenance

All plans include:

Service team will visit to clean all fixtures from glass to brass
Inspect transformers, timers and photocells – adjust and reset when necessary
Trim plants around fixtures where necessary (customer must advise if they do not want this)
Re-bury exposed wires
Apply ant prevention
Voltage testing at fixtures
Adjustments of fixtures for proper illumination
Check and replace any lamps needed
Price does not include parts – 15% discount on parts with maintenance plan
1 free service call during the year (12 months from date of purchase)
